How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over £30

Orders below £30 are £3.50 using Royal Mail 24/48h Tracked

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and shipped out using Royal Mail 48h tracked service

Delivery times can vary from season to season, standard Royal Mail shipping estimates are typically within 2-5 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Your shipping confirmation will inclide a direct link to your tracking information.

If you have an account, you can log in and access your information by clicking "View order Details"

Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can, just let us know as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, then unfortunately cancellation will no longer be possible. We will however explore alternatives such as our return processes

Prroduct missing or wrong order received: What should I do?

If you've noticed something wrong in your order, please contacts us soon as possible and we will send out a replacement for you
